Brief Answer:
Clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Acne is more of a lifestyle disease.
Your face must be oily and hence it is leading to blockade of sebaceous glands leading to acne.
Use the following:
1. Clindamycin 1 % gel in morning on the acne
2. Benzoyl peroxide 2.5 % gel in night on the acne
3. Use a salicylic acid or glycolic acid based face wash for 2-3 days
4. Use a water based sunscreen such as suncot gel.

All the above medication to be used for at least three months. These are safe and effective and usually available over the counter. You must reduce oil intake in diet to control acne. Wash your face at least three times in a day.

Reduce intake of food with high glycemic index such as chips and bakery products. Drink lot of water and increase intake of fiber rich diet. These might appear to be a general advice but actually these are going to help you.

Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you.

Regards
