Brief Answer:
Acupat in Mexico

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am a practising Ophthalmologist in XXXXXXX
Acupat has two major ingredients which helps reduce redness and itching of the eye.
So you go to the pharmacy in Mexico and ask for eye drops which has Ketorolac (0.4%w/v) + Olopatadine (0.1%w/v) as a combination drug.
Different countries have different principles and fixed dose combination approved. So you may not find the same combination drug, in such a case you can take Ketorolac and Olopatadine separately as two eye drops and use them same time as you were using Acupat earlier. In XXXXXXX these medicines are over the counter but I am not sure if they come under over the counter store in Mexico.
Hope this helps.
