Question : I am having pain in upper hip on right side in the back near waistline. hurts to touch al along top of hip bone and painful to touch all along the upper hip in back. Started yesterday. Have had appendix out and gall bladder.

Hello,

The pain in the hip bone that you are having can be related to a bone pain due to low levels of calcium and osteoporosis. This can be aggravated by heavy work or a wrong posture. Right now you can start taking Tablet Tylenol (Acetaminophen) Double Strength after breakfast and after dinner. It is suggested to add calcium supplements 500mg each twice daily. This will take care of your mild symptoms in 3-5 days.
