Hello,

Isolated headaches persisting over 2 to 3 days require prompt evaluation by a doctor.

At the very least you must get your blood pressure checked to rule out hypertension.

There are multiple reasons for headaches such as increased tension recently, high blood pressure, sinus infection, worsened eye sight, migraine etc.,

You can take Tablet. Dolo 650 mg three times a day (8 hours once) for 3 days and see if there is a relief from the headache.

If the headache persists, then you must promptly consult your local doctor and get yourself evaluated completely.
