Question : What can I do about stomach rumbles during digestion. And I am also having issues with sleep. I am unable to sleep properly.

I think it may be due to indigestion or stomach upset.

Please let me know:
Do you have acidity, fever, nausea or loose motion?

In that case you may require detailed evaluation by physician.

Otherwise for indigestion, you can take small meals 3 to 4 times a day. Please walk for 20 mins after meal. Take dinner as early as possible i e around 8 pm. Avoid heavy meal at night. Do regular exercise for 30 to 40 minutes. Avoid foods causing stomach upset.

You can also take probiotics like cap. Vizylac. In case of acidity you can take tablet pantoprazole. Do meditation before sleep.
