Why Am I Having Terrible Pins And Needles All Over The Body And How Do I Get Relief?

Question: I am having a terrible time with feeling likes pins and needles all over my body and it doesn't allow me to sleep or or sit for more than 60 seconds. It's extremely bad and I don't know what to do for it. I can't sit still and I feel like I'm going to go crazy. I haven't changed my meds or done anything different that would cause this to occur. I have got to get some relief or go crazy.
I found some old meds I had and wondered if I could use until I see my Dr. late tomorrow. One is AlprazoAM 0.25 The other is Lorapeam 5 mg . Would either of these help to take the terrible feeling away? It is driving me crazy
