Why Am I Not Able To Be Erect For Long To Ejaculate Inside The Vagina During Intercourse?

Question: Sir, I am a man of 37. I tried to have intercourse with my wife since last January after about 2 years of marriage( we were avoiding intercourse because we didn't wish to have a baby soon). But now when we plan to have a baby, While I try to have intercourse with my wife, my penis remains hard for first few minutes but after that it becomes soft. For which I ejaculate out side of her vagina. I said it to a homeopathic doctor for which he prescribed me a medicine "yohimbe bark ". I am taking it since one month and I was able to improve a bit. But still not fully able to ejaculate inside her vagina. Before 3 days I ejaculate inside her vagina( but not very deep inside) but today it again became soft.

Sir will I not be able to do it ever ???? Can I father a child ???? Am I an impotence person ???? I can masturbate easily but unable to do a full fledged intercourse.... please help me....

Brief Answer:
Prolonged foreplay and proper arousal is the key

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. There are a number of things that I need to mention.
* You need not avoid sex if you wish to avoid pregnancy. Contraceptive methods like OCPs and condoms can help you avoid pregnancy. However, that does not seem to be concerning at the moment.
* This definitely this does not appear to be impotence. Had it been so, you would not have been able to masturbate. So, fathering a child would not be impeded by this.
* Firstly you need to indulge in prolonged foreplay so that you can gradually build upon the excitement and arousal. Proper psychological involvement in important in such a case. You also need to learn to go at a steady pace and go slow whenever you feel that you are nearing climax. With gradual practice you would be able to perform much better.
* Your stress may be playing a negative role. You need to relax.
* Let me tell you that you need to be rational and have realistic expectations from your partner. I assume that your partner is not a 'professional' and so you should not expect the same output from her as you see in the items that you use for self stimulation and masturbation. Psychological involvement is very important. You also need to learn to go at a steady pace and go steady whenever you feel that you are nearing climax. With gradual practice you would be able to perform much better and I am certain ejaculation would not be a problem.

Let me know if I could help further.
