Before going further I would like to know few more things to understand your problem better.

Please let me know,

1.Whether you have not ejaculated at all in your life ?
2.Having problem in ejaculation occasionally or routinely ?
3.Do you get orgasm and urge to ejaculate and not able to do it ?
4.Do you get good erection ?
5.Do you get nocturnal emissions ?

Please let me know this things,after that I will try my best to provide you some solution for it.
