Hi,
It can be due to acute otitis media or inflammation of the middle ear due to cold and allergy. Start Tab Augmentin 1 gm twice daily twice daily after food for 7days. Take tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg at bedtime for 2 week. Take steam inhalation. Take Nasoclear saline nasal drop twice daily for 2 week. Take steam inhalation. Please review if you have any queries.
