Hi,

The Betnesol injection can lead to a slight decrease in the fetal movements.

However, if there is a severe decrease in the frequency of fetal movements, then it is unlikely due to Betnesol injection, and an urgent biophysical profile and NST is recommended to confirm that the fetus is normal.

You should consult your OBGYN specialist at the earliest.
