Brief Answer: Need evaluation... Detailed Answer: Hi, The color of the eye is individualized. However congested eye may be due to dry eyes or due to visual errors. I suggest you to try eye lubricants such as moisol eye drops - 2 drops into each eye for every 2 hours. You can also consult an ophthalmologist for detailed eye examination and visual error testing.
