Brief Answer:
No need to be concerned if this is a one time occurrence.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Bleeding in stools is alarming to most of us. However if this is a one time occurrence, I will not be overly worried about it. I will only suggest that you drink plenty of fluids and have lots of fruits and vegetables.

But if the symptoms are persisting and occurring every for more than a week, I will suggest to visit a surgeon and get a per rectal examination done.

Hope this helps.

Regards
