The most likely cause could be migraine with visual aura.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for posting your query.
I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and I would try my best to help you.
I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, the most likely diagnosis is migraine with visual aura. For severe attacks of headache, you can take rizatriptan or naproxen tablets. In order to reduce the headaches in future, you can take propranolol or topiramate tablets.
You should also avoid the headache triggers such as exposure to sunlight, loud noise or pollution. You should eat on time and sleep well. Avoid stress and tension.
If symptoms continue to recur despite treatment, a brain scan may be done to exclude other causes.
I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.
Wishing you good health,

Related to hormonal changes.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.
Pregnancy is associated with hormonal changes, which have a direct bearing on migraine-related headaches. Therefore, headache frequency can increase in relation to pregnancy. Same explanation is given for exacerbation of headaches in relation to menstrual cycles in women with migraine.
It is unlikely to be due to brain tumor. This is because brain tumor-induced headaches would be constant and would not increase in relation to pregnancy. Other features of tumor-related headaches are: 1. Worsening of headaches in nights and early morning, 2. Vomiting with headaches, 3. Blurred vision or double vision in association with headache, 4. Some people would also have seizures or weakness of arm or leg.
I hope it clarifies.
Best wishes,
Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM
