Hello
After going to the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your help and I would like to tell you that probably your liver has gone weak.
Studies have shown that Consumption of more than 3 drinks in a single sitting increases the blood pressure and if this routine persists then blood pressure can shoot up to an unhealthy levels.
Kindly tell me what other issues you are experiencing after alcohol consumption.
Also kindly upload the images of your current blood reports for evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed all the blood reports attached by you and I would like to tell you that all reports are well within normal range even your liver function test report is perfect.
You need to cut down on your alcohol intake and see if that makes any difference over a period of time. Anyways no more than 60ml twice a week is recommended medically as that can affect your health in a long term.
Kind Regards
