Brief Answer:
Get done chest x ray, PFT, IgE.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Breathing difficulty can be due to many causes. So we have to first diagnose the cause. So get done chest x ray, IgE, eosinophil count, PFT, ECG and 2d echo to find out cause.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
