Question : Hello a couple years ago I had a hormone imbalance. Of 25 I got a blood test done everything looks good! But this month I had Brown period for 6 days.

Sometimes brown spotting may happen before periods and it is nothing to worry.
It is caused by small amounts of blood remaining in vagina and turning brown .
Your period may be about to come.
Taking count that you did all the tests and were normal you don't have to worry about it.
