Sometimes when I yawn I feel a strong pain in the left side of my chest. The pain lasts for 2-3 seconds but its too sharp.

Taking into consideration your young age group and the type of symptoms you are experiencing it doesn’t seems to be of cardiac origin. Most likely it’s simply a muscular tenderness or twitching pain.
Apply some Volini gel or spray and it will be relieved. However still to be sure it’s advisable to get an ECG done.
