Question : I had a bad dizzy spell tues. which involved vomiting and my vertigo. Since then. I've been nauseated and dizzy when I get up. Ive tried to eat but get sick.

Sudden episode of vertigo and nausea can be due to high blood pressure or other lesser common reasons.
You should get your blood pressure checked.
Take tablet stemetil for symptomatic relief.
Any history of recent ear or nasal infections?
Any history of high blood sugar levels?
Any difficulty in hearing?

Seen an ent. He gave me dyazide. But it worked a few days. Then vertigo with nausea came back. I cant hold anything down. Without being nauseated and dizzy

Hi
Diazide is a diuretic. Take it if you are hypertensive.
Take tablet betahistine 16mg twice daily and tablet domperidone once daily for a week
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
