Feeling dizzy and having hot sweats after blowing your nose is a physiological response due to a rise in the intracranial pressure and the circulatory changes in the body. This is a physiological response and is not worrisome.
If this has happened only once then there is nothing to worry. In case such episodes are recurrent then you need to consult a physician to find out the possible cause.
