Question : so i feel like a bunch of bubbles are in my chest. i feel short of breath and palpitations. no chest pain no arm pain im sure im not having a heart attack. help

The symptoms which you are experiencing doesn’t seems like of heart attack.

However considering your symptoms it’s advisable that you should get the following tests done for routine cardiac evaluation

1. ECG
2. Echocardiogram
3. Thyroid profile
