Question : I feel like throwing up every time I bend my head down. But down but get a hot feeling in my throat. I have thrown up in my mouth the
pill is omerozale spelt wrong I have no reports. Had endoscopy =few years ago

Hello,

Most likely, you are having a lax sphincter Junction of esophagus and stomach are lined by esophageal sphincter which when lax can cause regurgitation of food.
I would suggest you to go for manometry to see the pressure around the esophagus and gastric junction
As of now add a prokinetic drug with omeprazole to prevent reflux.
Omeprazole has role in controlling acid production but no role in preventing reflux.
