The issue is I have never gotten heat rash before, ever and all I have to do is break a sweat now. it is really gettin gin the way of live a normal life. I can get a heat rash from just mowing my yard on a sitting mower. I'm scared I will not longer be able to be the person I used to be.

Brief Answer:
Photosensitivity to sun, broad spectrum sunscreen and physical measures

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
You seem to be developing photosensitivity to sun.
It can occur in any individual at any age.
Sometimes it develops without a cause.
Are you taking any medicines or having any ailments?
I would recommend you to apply a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face and sun exposed areas every 4 hours during the day time.
Also wear a cap/ hat, goggles and full sleeve clothes while in sun.
If you still develop a rash apply cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 7-10 days.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
