Please provide more information about you like age and sex, how long have you been having this pain, does it happen during physical activity or climbing stairs, is it related to any movement or not, does it radiates to arm or back.

The main cause of left side chest pain is heart ache. I think you may need to do an ekg and lipids panel first.
