Brief Answer:
Folliculitis most likely, topical antibiotic & anti-inflammatory medicine

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicle.

I would recommend you to apply a topical antibiotic like Neosporin ointment or Fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily and take anti-inflammatory medicines like tablet Ibuprofen 200mg thrice daily for few days.

This should resolve it.

Dr Asmeet
