Hello,

I have gone through your query and through the attached pic. It looks like a possible subconjunctival hematoma. This arises as a result of disruption of small blood vessels in the conjunctiva leading to the formation of a small blood clot or otherwise called a hematoma.

If you do not have any of the associated symptoms like blurring of vison, intense pain, irritation of eye, any history of chronic medical illnesses; it should resolve in a weeks time.
