Why Do I Have A Painful Sore On My Left Arm?
Question: i have a sort of painful sore on my left arm . the brusing is about 2inches in diameter with distctive cener . the center is itchuy and sore . but not as red as it was between the center and the outlying bruising has improved to about normal skin tone, but the ouside remains a bruised appearance somewhat like a bullseye.

The lesion could be due to Infection and surrounding inflammation.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Amoxicillin and Anti inflammatory tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
