Question : i have a small pea size lumb in my testicle sag
Brief Answer:
Probably epidydimal cyst
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Most lumps are caused by benign, or noncancerous, conditions especially if this is not painful and there is no redness around it. So most common are cysts but varicocele or spermatocele may be also considered. If there is no enlargement or pain then you should watch and wait, there is no reason for further tests. Otherwise, it would be good to do testicle ultrasound.
Wish you good health.
