Hi,
There are a few possible conditions that are responsible for presence of blood in semen. Trauma, infection and other structural defects of genitourinary system are few possibilities. Besides certain medication are known to cause bleeding tendency.
I would like to ask a few question which may help me to a cause/causes. Can you answer them.
1. Since how long did you notice this problem?
2. Was there an injury preceding the event?
3. Do you have pain in the abdomen, groin or scrotal region?
4. Are you able to pass urine without difficulty and without discomfort?
5. Are you running fever?
6. If you are on regular medications, can you list it here?

Just today. Had a similar situation several months ago.
No injury

I assume the Flomax is being prescribed for prostate hypertrophy. Based on the details provided, the blood may be from the hypertrophied prostate. Infection of genitourinary tract is the second possibility.
