Brief Answer:
Probably the flu

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but it seems that you have caught the flu. The chills, shaking and body pain is mostly due to fever.

So I would recommend that you take your body temperature. if not possible then take an antipyretic as Acetaminophen (Tylenol) tablets every eight hours to relieve the fever and the body aches...

Also, try to get some rest and avoid excretion...Keep yourself adequately hydrated which about eight cups of fluids daily and stick to soft and semi-solid easy foods for the time being.

If you did not feel better after all these measures then please seek medical care to exclude electrolyte disturbances, a sudden drop in blood pressure, and hypoglycemia...

I hope you find this helpful.

Regards
