Brief Answer:
Can be arthritis or spondylosis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The pain in hip, lower back and thigh may be related to each other. This can be related to arthritic changes in the hip joint or due to spondylitic changes in lower spine. MRI scan is needed for proper diagnosis.

You can start with mild pain killers in combination with oral muscle relaxants and oral calcium supplements. Doing a hot compress and application of local analgesic gel will also help.

I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out. Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Yes, these can be affected.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The pain can extend to the waist and pelvic area due to muscle stiffness caused by changes in posture due to the pain. Direct examination by orthopedist and few investigations will help in confirmation of diagnosis.
