Brief Answer:
TIA vs Seizure.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Neurologically sudden onset slurred speech with reduced activity that resolves spontaneously can be related to either a seizure or transient ischemic attack (minor stroke). I am happy to know that MRI was normal. However I would order for more tests that includes few blood tests, a doppler study of neck blood vessels and EEG. Further treatment either with antiplatelet drugs or anti-seizure drugs are entailed based on test results.

In brief, I feel you shouldn't ignore the current symptoms. Plan for neurology consult.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
