Question : I have itching near my private part.. it gets more when sweat comes. what can I do ?

I think that the itching may be caused by jock itch, a fungal skin infection. You may need to wash the skin well with soap and water, dry it well with towel. You can use antifungal ointment on skin such Clotrimazole ointment.
