No sexual desire and not getting hard could be due conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and hypertension which can can reduce blood flow throughout the body, impeding arousal.

Disorders of the thyroid and pituitary glands which control hormone production can also diminish sex drive

Testosterone is the hormone most closely linked to libido and low testosterone levels usually correlate to diminished sexual desire.

I would advise you to improve your diet, get regular exercise and enough sleep, cut down on the alcohol, and reduce stress.

You can also go for testosterone replacement therapy and control diabetes.
