Brief Answer:
Increase in blood pressure and stroke to consider.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Changes in blood pressure, especially sudden increase, may cause headaches and odd sensations.

So, measuring regularly your blood pressure is necessary to evaluate correctly this possibility.

A Holter monitor may be necessary to observe the blood pressure values and any arythmia.

Second, since you suffer from atrial fibrillation and there is a prosthetic valve, ischemic stroke should be considered also.

In this case, if stroke is suspected after getting evaluated by your Doctor, brain MRI may be necessary as well.

Discuss with your Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful. Let me know if I can assist you further.
