Brief Answer:
Pain looks a muscular problem, don't worry

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In a young man like you such type of pain is very often not a serious one. This generally occurs due to sore muscles.
Your one appears to be a muscular pain that may arise either from bad postures , or heavy lifting , or any abuse of muscles.
Don't worry about it , I would suggest you can take some over the counter pain killer like ibuprofen or paracetamol 3 to 4 time a day as needed for the pain relief. Heat application d massage may also help a lot. This may take few days to be ok. The pain is more with movement and breathing because muscles are used with it.

However if you have any difficulty in breathing or suffer shortness of breath (this is very unlikely in your case) then you should move to the ER urgently.

Hopes I have answered your question. I will be glad to answer any further question about this. Please don't hesitate to ask.
Regards,
Dr. Rahman
