                                            Diagnosis: possibly Viral gastroenteritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The diarrhea and neck pain is likely due to intestinal infection caused by a virus (viral gastroenteritis).
Muscle aches are commonly seen in a viral illness which must be the reason for the neck pain.
The viral illness will subside by itself in few days.
Meanwhile, follow more liquid and soft diet. Include BRAT (Banana, Rice, Apple Sauce and toast) diet until diarrhea subsides. Avoid too much dairy products. You can continue the probiotic.
Stay hydrated and drink fluids containing electrolytes like Gatorade. You can also take over the counter Imodium 2 mg after each episode of diarrhea (only if there's no blood in the stool). Be cautious not to take more than 8 mg Imodium in 24 hours.
