Brief Answer:
Look like tension headache with TMJ symptoms.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The symptoms you are described suggest the possibility of an entity called tension head ache. However we have to rule out other condition like infected tooth and TMJ disorders.
In some people as in your case the tension headache originates from jaw and radiate to other sites and it is called as tension headaches with TMJ symptoms.

As a first line management you can try common analgesics like ibuprofen or acetaminophen which shows good results. In severe pain you can take tramadol or Naproxen. Avoid sleep deprivation anxiety which can provoke the attack of headache.

If symptoms persist for long even with routine analgesics or in case of new symptoms like fever and vomiting, you have to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Wishing you good health.
Thanks
