Question : so i have pains in the tip of me penis that are sharp, they only last a couple of seconds and are not cause by an sti or std ive been tested. they happen sometimes awhile after ejaculation and are more frequent after working out. i need help on what this could be. it has me worried.

Based on the facts that you have posted the pain at the tip of penis that you get especially after ejaculation is due to congestion of urethral mucosa that happens due to increase blood supply to urethra during erection and ejaculation .

In absence of any urinary symptoms like burning frequency ,dysuria etc it has no significance at all and does not need any active invention or medicines. .

Ensure to drink more water .
