Question : I’m 94, uncircumcised and having pain when I pull my foreskin back to urinate. The foreskin opening is growing tighter and tighter. Urine scatters widely.

Hi,

Based on the description, there is a possibility you are developing strictures. The causes are related to local infections and diabetes commonly. I will recommend you see a doctor, a urologist before the problem gets worse. Your doctor will need to screen blood sugar level. They might try to loose it conventionally with drugs - steroids and antibiotics. If it doesn't help and if its necessary a surgical correction may be required.
