Question : Hi I want to ask you what I need to do about a problem that I am having. I try to stimulate my penis so I can have an orgasm but I struggle being aroused enough to ejaculate semen.

I eventually do have orgasms but I do not ejaculate any semen.

Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted the problem of dry ejaculation that you are facing could be either due to few of the following few factors
1) Reduced Testosterone levels in blood
2)Side effect of drug
3)Excessive and frequent masturbation

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Are you taking any drug like Tomsulosin or Silodocin ?
2) Do you masturbate frequently?
3) Are you Diabetic?
