Question : problem of numbness in upper limbs and pain in arms and legs incl headache some times .MRI brains shows a 3mm sized punctate calcific focus seen in the right occipital cortex in brain. may i ask your opinion

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Numbness with pain may be due to nerve involvement.
Examination by a neurologist will reveal any deficit and need of nerve conduction testing.
Vitamin B 12 and vitamin D levels may be done.
Drugs like pregabalin or Gabapentin can be taken.
Headache may be due to migraine or stress.
Amitriptyline can be added.
MRI brain findings are incidental and not related to headache or limb pain.
