Question : I had fungal infections in my ears. Doctor cleaned my ear, but its very painful now.

Ear cleaning might have left minor trauma. I would suggest you to revisit your doctor to rule out any injury or bacterial infection. Meanwhile, you can take pain killers like Tab Motrin 400 Two times after food for 3 days.
