Question : I have sharp pains that come in waves that feel like they are in my intestines all the way to my vagina. I have no blockages or diarrhea. All things concerning bowel movements have been normal. I thought maybe it was trapped gas but has been going on for 2 days now.

I have not had a pelvic exam in some years. It really feels intestinal. Can urinary tract infection feel like that?
