Question: I am haVING SHORTNESS OF BREATH MOSTLY WHEN I LIE DOWN BUT WHILE SITTING OR TANDING I AM FINE.

Shortness of breath on lying down / better on sitting up - is called Orthopnoea.
It is typical of Left Heart Failure.

You must see your doctor again as soon as possible.
You will need X-ray chest, ECG, ECHO and some blood tests.
