Question : I have most of the pregnancy signs and late on period every time I do test it comes back as negitave but I know that my body feels different

Hi,

If you have performed a pregnancy test recently and it is negative.

Irrespective of what symptoms you are getting, you are not pregnant.

You should get an Ultrasound done to check for any cysts and get a thyroid profile done.
