Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried so much. Seems like inflammation of gums.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As far as I have seen your photograph there is inflammation in your gums it can be due to gingivitis or periodontal ligament inflammation.
There is nothing to be worried i will suggest you to do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day and you can do chlorhexidine mouthwash regularly. Apply lignocaine and choline salicylate gel on gums for inflammation (redness).
Hope this will help you.
If you have further query i will be happy to help.
