Question : Hi I have some weird dark circles on my back that Ive never had before. I do not have back acne and they do not itch nor hurt.

Hi,

It seems to be post inflammatory hyper pigmentation secondary to folliculitis or acne from eruption.
I would recommend you to apply depigmenting cream containing hydroquinone 2 percent on the affected areas twice daily for 3-4 weeks.

This should resolve it.
