Question : I have squeezing in my back shoulders and upper chest followied by tingling down upper arms and head. Can this be indigestion.

Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to a bulging disc in the cervical vertebral column. For this reason I would recommend performing a cervical spine X-ray study. A Cervical spine MRI study may be needed if suspicion of a bulging disc are raised.

It does not seem to be indigestion. But if it occurs while bending forward or laying, it could be related to gastroesophageal reflux.
