Brief Answer:
Probably sciatica pain, follow the advice below for relief.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to sciatica pain.
It is a medical condition caused by a problem with the sciatic nerve.
Some advice that I can give for treatment are:
- Take over the counter medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day
- Take over the counter muscle relaxants such as Robaxin
- Use anti inflammatory ointments in the area
- Do stretching exercises and limit the time in bed
- Cold packs can help

If the symptoms continue you should see a neurologist for further examinations and treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question Ill be glad to help.
