Hello,

First of all I would like to inform you that for a person with testicular pain and swelling it is essential to have clinical examination to made a diagnosis. In addition it is also essential to have USG scrotum and complete blood profile (CBC) as a bare minimum.

Since this is online post and I am unable to perform a clinical examination I recommend you to get following tests done to start with USG scrotum and CBC.

In addition I also request you to answer following questions:
- Duration of problem
- Any history of injury?
- Details of recent sexual encounter over the last six months
- Any discharge from penis? If yes nature of discharge
- Any history of burning micturition
